INAUGURATION OF THE NEW 11-A-SIDE SYNTHETIC TURF FOOTBALL FIELD IN VESTONE

The new 11-a-side municipal football field with synthetic turf, located in Via Mocenigo in Vestone, was inaugurated on Saturday 11^th October. This long-awaited project was made possible thanks to the collaboration between the Municipal Administration and the companies of the Silmar Group, which have always been close to the local community and supportive of initiatives with social and sporting value.

The need to equip the town with a modern and functional facility had already been expressed several years ago by previous municipal administrations and by the Alta Valsabbia Football Association, with the aim of offering children, young people, and local teams a suitable field for training and competitive activities.

The project was supported through a significant donation amounting to €550,000 from the Silvestro and Margherita Niboli Fund, managed by the Fondazione della Comunità Bresciana. This contribution enabled the Municipality of Vestone to launch the public tender for the construction of the new field, which will be approved by the Italian National Amateur League.

The initiative involved the construction of a latest-generation synthetic turf pitch, the removal of the old perimeter wall, the installation of new fences with protective nets and safety padding, the renovation of the existing stands, the refurbishment of the changing rooms with new furnishings and heating units, as well as the provision of new electrical connections.

Today’s inauguration marks an important milestone for the entire Vestone community: a place that is not only a sports facility but also a space for social gathering and for promoting the positive values of sport, respect, and collaboration.

An even deeper symbolic meaning lies in the fact that it is precisely in this town, and on the same street, that Silvestro Niboli’s entrepreneurial dream was born. From its beginnings in the 1970s as a small artisanal workshop, it has grown into a modern integrated industrial group, now operating in over 100 markets with 30 production sites and more than 3,600 employees, over 2,100 of whom work in the Group’s companies based in the Brescia area.

3. The Data Subject has the right to obtain:

b) erasure, anonymisation or blocking of data that have been processed unlawfully, including data whose retention is unnecessary for the purposes for which they have been collected or subsequently processed;
c) certification to the effect that the operations as per letters a) and b) have been notified, as also related to their contents, to the entities to whom or which the data were communicated or disseminated, unless this requirement proves impossible or involves a manifestly disproportionate effort compared with the right that is to be protected.
4. The Data Subject is entitled to oppose, totally or partially:
a) on legitimate grounds, the processing of personal data concerning him/her, even though they are relevant to the purpose of the collection;
b) the processing of personal data concerning him/her, where it is carried out for the purpose of sending advertising materials or direct selling or else for the performance of market or commercial communication surveys.
